Rishai is the first feature film from Omar Hamza under Giza Visuals. It’s a project that was in the making for almost five years since the script was first written in 2016

The film stars Muhugu Theuri and Tim King’oo in the lead roles with several industry veterans like Lucarelli Onyango and Denis Ragot supporting the cast.

Principle photography of the film began in October 2020 after several delays due the pandemic. Filming was concluded in December 2020.

Rishai is an emotional film; packaged in an entertaining and uplifting story full of hope and promise.
